We are delighted and proud to be able to say that The first Dagda Games at Claregalway castle will be the host location to the first Irish Collar and Elbow Competition on Irish soil in what is likely to be over 100 years!

Irish Collar & Elbow Northeast championship held at the celtic strength festival No Fame Games in Boston MA. June 13. Competitors will have access to try the art out in demonstrations throughout the day and have access to compete in the open tournament to be crowned champion. Amongst Collar & Elbow, competitors will also be able to experience Irish Stickfighting, Catch Wrestling, and Scottish Backhold Wrestling
